In this episode, our guest speaker is Sophie Howe, the Future Generations Commissioner of Wales. We cover Sophie’s vision for Wales, the ways in which Wales is tackling the climate emergency and inequality, the new school curriculum and the Leadership Academy for young people. Sophie is a phenomenal leader and raises up young leaders to speak out against things that are not right, and even when it’s daunting, ‘to feel the fear and do it anyway’.
